Billy Black is the father of Rachel, Rebecca and Jacob Black, and the father-in-law of Solomon Finau. It is also possible that he is the father of Embry Call. His wife, Sarah Black, died in a car accident when Rachel, Rebecca, and Jacob were young. He resides in La Push, Washington, but is confined to a wheelchair due to complications from diabetes. He is Charlie Swan's best friend.
